James H.T. Riddell - Chief Executive Officer

Jim Riddell has held the office of Chief Executive Officer of Trilogy since inception in April 2005 and, until May 2010, he was also President. He joined Paramount Resources Ltd. in May 1991 and has been a director since June 2000 and President and Chief Operating Officer of Paramount since June 2002.

Mr. Riddell is also a director and Executive Chairman of the Board of MGM Energy Corp, a director and Vice Chairman of Big Rock Brewery Inc. and a director of Sonde Resources Corp.

Mr. Riddell graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology (1989) and from the University of Alberta with a Master of Science degree in Geology (1993).

John B. Williams - President & Chief Operating Officer

John Williams brings over 20 years of experience to Trilogy Energy. Following 10 years of success as an exploration and development geologist for both small and large organizations, Mr. Williams joined Paramount Resources in 1998. During the next eight years, Mr. Williams held a series of positions with increasing responsibility, ultimately holding the position of Corporate Operating Officer at Paramount from March 2003 through to May 2006. From April 2005 until the present, Mr. Williams has held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Trilogy Energy, and in May, 2010 he was appointed as President.

Mr. Williams graduated from the University of Alberta (1988) with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Geology.

Michael G. Kohut - Chief Financial Officer

Michael Kohut has been with Trilogy since June 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Kohut was the President and a director of Global Railway Industries Ltd. for over 8 years.

Mr. Kohut graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce in 1989 and received a Chartered Accounting designation in 1992.

Gail L. Yester - General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

Gail Yester has over 25 years of legal and business experience including 20 years in the oil and gas industry. Building on several years of corporate, commercial and general practice in a private law firm, she entered the oil and gas industry in 1987. Gail has worked in various capacities in the Land, Acquisitions & Divestitures and Legal Departments of major and intermediate oil and gas producers, primarily Paramount Resources Ltd. since 1995.

Ms. Yester graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Arts in 1981 and an LL.B. in 1984.
